Cloud membership cancellation
I want to cancel my cloud membership but Adobe wont let me it seems. I contacted the live chat, which was the only option. They asked me to wait 1-2 minutes, they came back to me after 4. Then asked me to wait a few more minutes. I did. Then they said because I didn't answer them (2 minutes), they were disconnecting the chat. Now I have no option to open a new chat as it just constantly reroutes me to the old one and doesn't let me do anything. No option for phone. No option for email. Only here on the forum. So Adobe, I have now seen that hundreds of people have had the same problem. Yet you still don't fix it! I want you to cancel all of my subscriptions and to do it now and to send me a confirmation email like a normal company would.
