Cloud Sync doesn't work anymore

Question

Since the beginning of this week I am having trouble with Creative Cloud Sync on my computer. Using Windows 10 PRO version 1903 (18362.267) and Creative Cloud Sync 4.3.0.292 (Creative Cloud 4.9.0.504)

It simply doesn't sync at all anymore.

Many thanks for your quick reaction. I have tried many things;

- Stop/restart syncing files in the Creative Cloud app

- Moved all the local files to a backup folder and to restart

- Deleted all my online files and try to restart with one singel file

- Tried to delete the ..../CoreSync folder

Got in touch with Adobe support. Finally they downloaded Creative Cloud Cleaner program and reïnstalled Creative Cloud app. Now sync is properly working again.

Sign out and sign in. Does that help?If not: is there an error message or some other message?What you could also try: Exit (quit!!!) the CC app. Move the CC folder with the content to a different place. Restart the CC app. The CC app should now start to synch your CC file in the cloud. That may take some time, depending on the amount of data to synch. If all has been synched and eventually changed data has been updated, you can delete the now obsolete moved data.Let us know if any of this helps...
