Cobrança abusiva e sem possibilidade de cancelamento

Estão me cobrando mais de 50% de reajuste e não consigo efetuar o cancelamento.

Quero deixar registrado aqui que não concordo com a cobrança e que tentei de várias formas entrar em contato.
