Cobrança duas vezes e 250 reais pra cancelar o pacote sendo que outro já está ativo

Boa tarde.

Está sendo cobrado o plano de estudante duas vezes na mesma conta.

Isso já está acontecendo a 3 meses e pra cancelar esse outro custa 250 reais. Queria saber se dá pra fazer algo, pois estou sendo roubada.
