Collecting Artwork in a Library

Is there a way to collect all the ARTWORK files (psd/eps/ etc.) that is contained in a library to be exported?

I am looking at something like the "Package..." menu item for Adobe Library (even if I do not have the artwork in a CC document).

I thought the "Creative Cloud" handles/sync "Libraries" for Illustrator, indesign, bridge, etc.?
