College provided subscription claims i dont have photoshop?

Hi!

I am a college student, part time, in a graphic design course. When in this course, i was given a photoshop account to use on the college laptops. Now, i am trying to download a copy onto my personal laptop for use at home as we are not allowed to take said college laptops, but it claims i do not have any of the apps under my plan.
I have checked im logged into the right account, and i for sure have used photoshop and illustrator in the past.

Id appreciate any help i could get!
