combining accounts

I have unintentionally opened more than one account.  I paid for a year subscription and wish to only be in that account.  I am asked for passwords in order to do anything such as move around download etc and I can not find the correct ones - it seems like there are multiples or different ones for different products. How do I combine?

Keridak you can verify which Adobe ID you are logged into by going to the Preferences with in the Creative Cloud Desktop Application.  The information will be contained under the General>Account tab.

Please verify that you are logged in with your paid account and you are running the most recent version of the Creative Cloud Desktop application.  You can find the current version and the changes which have been implemented at Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud app for desktop | Release Notes.

Finally if you do end up having multiple paid memberships then please contact our support team at Get help with orders, refunds, and exchanges.

Keridak which Adobe software or service is your question in reference too?  You said you obtained two subscriptions what specific subscriptions did you subscribe too?

This is part of the problem.   it seems that there are so many options in Adobe and everything has it's own log in - password.

I purchased Creative Cloud.  I also logged in under another email by mistake and was thanked for starting my free trial. So now there are two. I logged out and have tried to relog in under the paid email but I have been told the password is wrong. So I reset it and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I have tried to log in to adobe id and that works but under another adobe program it doesn't. There is no tech support to call that I can find so I have multiple identities and feel like I am running in circles.  Thoughts?
