Comment contacter l'assistance quand on travaille ???

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec mon abonnement (pourtant payé) et ne peux plus du tout utiliser les applications.

Je cherche à contacter l'assistance et ne vois pas d'autre façon de contacter l'assistance que des dialogues écrits de 9h à 16h45. Or je travaille à ces heures-là.

Comment faire pour envoyer un simple mail concernant le problème ?

you can use chat: using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

but before you do that it's quick and easy to check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

then sign out of your cc desktop app, and sign in using the confirmed adobe id from the above step, assuming your account shows what you expect.
