Comment faire pour communiquer avec le service client ?

Hello I would like to know the difference between premier-pro and premier rush? Can I use it on an ipadpro with the rest of my creative cloud subscription? And what configuration is necessary on the ipad or on a computer with windows to run all the software that I have with my creative clouds?
I have a windows tower and if I buy an Ipadpro is what I can use my subscription on my ipad and my windows tower
