    Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

    Uma enorme falta de respeito com o cliente. Fiquei muito surpreso agora, quero cancelar minha licença do Illustrator e fazer uma nova contemlando novos programas. É simplesmente impossivel, não existe a opção "gerenciar plano" descrita no help. Precisava fazer isto hoje, pois tenho um trabalho para entregar e já perdi mais de 2 horas aqui tentando resolver e nada. Simplesmente um absurdo.
