Compatibility issues for dell xps 15 9575

When looking at the specs needed to run the new 2021 updates for some of the adobe products (after effects, media encoder, premiere pro and photoshop) it seems that I have all the needed requirements to update these programs - although I am still receiving a message saying my system is not compatible. I've tried to check for updates for the OS system to see if that could be the problem as well as ensuring that I am running programs as the administrator. 

Really confused about what this could be and greatly appreciate any troubleshooting suggestions 🙂
