Given there are only woefully 3 apps compatible with Windows 11:

What's the timetable for a fix, Adobe?

You didn't read correctly. You'll find in the linked document the following:

"Apps" mean all of the Creative cloud apps are compatible execpt Aero, Animate an Dimension.

So the most of Adobes programs and apps can be used with Windows 11.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 26H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 9 - PureRAW 6 - Topaz Photo AI

Untrue. 2023 versions of software are compatible with devices that meet minimum CPU and GPU requirements. Creative Cloud apps work on:

Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
MacOS 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur).

The EXCEPTIONS are older apps (pre-2023).

Hope that helps.
