Hello, I'm very disappointed with your business.

I enjoyed using photoshop and various adobe softwares for my graphic design course. I signed up for a 1 year subscription for 19.99 per month. However, I have been charged beyond the 1 year subscription and an upgrade of $31.86 without my consent. Since I was not informed of this I have been charged nearly $250 of an overdraft fee from my bank. To say the least I'm beyond dissatisfied and demand a refund for both February& January of this month. Failure to do will result in myself filing a complaint to Better Business Bureau. Thank you

Sorry for the inconvenience!

I see you have a Creative Cloud student/ teacher subscription active under the same ID as with forums. There seems to be an issue with billing under this account. Kindly Contact Customer Care for help and support. Support will be able to thoroughly check the details and assist you.
