Hi There, I am running an imac ,I installed creative cloudbecause I was looking for a pdf reader, and that is what I got sent to. Having realised it's not what I wanted I have used the uninstaller to get rid of it. The installer gives a message removed with errors, and I am left with an  app manager icon on my desktop and various other elements in my launchpad, none of which I can do anything with. I tried the chat bot  to no avail, it just told me I needed an account to speak to a human. I don't want an account, I just want rid of all the dregs. If anyone can help me I will be very grateful T.I.A. Don

to do a clean cc install, carefully follow each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Hi There, thank you for your reply, however, having already used the
uninstall app I tried the clean up tool, now I have even more stuff stuck
on my desktop which I cannot close, nor can I put it in the bin. It also
didn't remove any of the previous detritus. I had thought of re-downloading
the cc app again, and going through the whole procedure again, but I can
imagine that I will be left with even more immovable rubbish. I will go
through each of the procedures again and see if it makes any difference, I
am not confident!

Thanks again for your assistance, it really is most appreciated

Regards, Don

then you should restore your computer (after a data backup) to a time prior to the adobe installs.

Uninstalling is not the same as cancelling... you need to cancel or you will be charged

This is a public forum, not Adobe support... other users can't help
To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
-be sure to keep the verification email you will receive when you cancel

After you cancel your subscription
