hola me pueden ayudar ya compre varias veces elpaquete fotografico  y me hace el cargo

pero no puedo instalarlo ya que no me aparece que ya compre el plan y no puedo instalarlo alguien sabe por que pasa esto por que me hace el cargo pero no me da el plan?
