Computer crash! Can I restore my saved adobe files? Like presets and actions??? HELP!

My iMac computer hard drive completely crashed.  Is it possible to restore my LR and PS to previous settings?  I lost EVERYTHING.  all my presets and actions that have taken years to perfect.  Since it's on the clous, it seems like I could just go to my last known version.... but I can't find how to do that.

Do you have current Back Ups of those files that need to be restored? And or Completely current backups of you whole system?

 

If the answer to one or both of the questions above is yes then the answer to your original questions is Yes you can.
