My computer just crashed and therefore I will be buying a new computer soon. I had the adobe suite on my old computer along with lightroom and was wondering how to go about deactivating them on that computer so I can reinstall them on my new computer? Also when I go to  install it on my new computer can I do this by just having my serial numbers?

You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, and you can deactivate/reacivate as needed for new machines or whatnot.  So you do not necesssarily need to deactivate the inaccessible installation, though it is nice to have the extra activation available.

You need to contact Adobe Support thru chat to get the deactivation performed.  For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...

If you need to download, you might find links in your Adobe account online.  Downloads are also available thru the following pages:

So if i got it to deactivate on my broken computer would that still allow me to put it on two computers in the future as well? or still just the one? I have been trying to contact someone via chat and no one answers, also no one answers via phone either.

If you get the deactivation then you have that activation available for a second machine.

Unfortunately chat is no longer a 24/7 service.  I am not sure phone support would help even if you got their attention since I hear they only support Cloud matters... though I also hear of protocols being broken once iun a while and someone making an extra effort to help.
