Computer crashes after CC download

  1. I have a 2015 MacbookPro, High Sierra and after installing Creative Cloud the computer now keeps shutting down half way through trying to switch on. I don’t know if this is just coincidence or connected to the CC download? I had several issues trying to install the CC. I’ve tried to reboot, open in Safe Mode, diagnostic test etc but nothing works and it won’t switch on. I’d appreciate any suggestions! Thanks!

    Tania5EB7, I am sorry you are encountering problems using the MacBook Pro.  You mentioned you ran a diagnostic test, did you follow the steps listed in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202731?

     

    From the description, it sounds like the MacBook Pro may be facing a hardware failure, triggering a shutdown.  A diagnostic test may help verify this fault.
