Computer deleted programs

Hi, I had Lightroom 4 and Elements 9 and last week my computer deleted all my programs. Is there any way to download these programs again without using my 2nd install for Lightroom? And I had bought Elements on Amazon.  Thanks, Missy

    installs are per computer so if they are going to be installed on the same computer, it doesn't count as a 2nd install.

    Thanks. And for the Elements program I probably need the CD I'm guessing? I think I threw it out   Not thinking anything could happen to my computer!
