Computer Dies in Middle of Subscription

A couple of months ago I subscribed to a year of the Photography package. Last night, my desktop computer was hit by a power spike big enough that it fried the whole system. I will buy a new system, but it will be a few months and I need Photoshop before then. In the meantime, I have an old laptop.

My question is, is it legal for me to install Photoshop onto my laptop using my current subscription even though I had already installed it on my now dead system?  Also, once I buy a new desktop, can I then uninstall Photoshop on the laptop and then reinstall it onto the new desktop with my current license?

Happily, this is easier than it used to be. The license belongs to you, not the computer. Yes, just install Creative Cloud on the new computer and sign in. It may ask if you want to sign out the other computer, and it would do that even if it's in pieces.
