Configuration Error 16/Missing SLStore folder?

I've been trying for days now to solve this.

Earlier this week I did an update on my programs and now I'm getting "try for 30 days" for programs when I have a paying subscription.  I looked up my issue and immediately started working off of this page; Configuration error 16 | CC, CS.  I can't find the SLStore folder, but I was able to rename my SLCache folder as SLCache.old

Signing out and singing back in has not helped me either.

Do I need to uninstall Creative Cloud and reinstall it?

EDIT:

I was able to find the SLStore folder and changed it.  But I'm still getting the configuration 16 error

I had done this first and it didn't work for me.
