Configuration error
I've downloaded it yesterday. I don't really know what's the problem. Please help.

Emanuels1337, sorry you are facing Configuration Error 16. Please make sure to adjust the file permissions for the SLStore and Adobe PCD folder as discussed in Configuration error in Adobe Creative Cloud .
