The instructions on this page are not helpful: Configuration error in Adobe Creative Cloud

When I search in Finder for Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore

There is no such place on my Mac.

Can anyone provide detailed instructions how to fix this annoying error? My CC programs were all working just fine before the most recent update. This is really annoying. And why does my subscription no longer come with proper customer care? Is there a customer service chat function available?

Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Kathrynd91188921 I am sorry you are facing difficulty locating the SLStore folder.  Please make sure you are going to the Library folder at the Root of the hard drive.  If you going to the User Library folder then the SLStore folder does not exist .

If you continue to face difficulties can you please post a screen shot of the Library/Application Support/Adobe folder?  You can find details on how to post a screen shot at FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?​.
