Configuration Error: ERROR 16

I am really sick of this product. I paid $150 for this product and I am sick of dealing with this error. I installed it and used it with no issues, then one day when I go to use it I get "PLEASE UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE PRODUCT" ERROR 16. I have done this three damn times and the program works for a day or two then I keep getting this error. Your support system sucks to say the least. People pay money for a product and they expect it to work properly. What is the fix for this issue? I am running Windows 10, and YES I have uninstalled and reinstalled, so don't ask me the stupid questions. I WANT THIS FIXED or I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

WOW, HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU HAVE TO BE TOLD THAT I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT YOU SUGGESTED INCLUDING RESETTING PERMISSIONS?

Richardm15335111 I am sorry you are facing an error when opening your Adobe software.  Which software title are you opening when you receive Configuration Error: Error 16 on Windows 10?

To avoid repeating any steps what additional steps have you performed after uninstalling and reinstalling the software?

I am using Lightroom 6. After I uninstall it I run a registry cleaner to be sure to clean out and bad entries in the registry. I will then reinstall it and it's good for a few days and then I get the same error.

Richardm15335111 instead of using a registry cleaner please try the steps listed in Configuration error in Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Creative Suite next time you experience the error.

If you are using any type of cleaning or optimization utilities please temporarily discontinue their use to see if the behavior continues to occur.
