Conflicts with CC Trial & Purchased Products

Hello,

I began a CCS trial period awhile back. At the end, I didn't purchase it. I did purchase Acrobat Pro but don't remember if it was through the CCS trial or from a separate promotional offer via email, etc. Ever since I've noticed my computer is running particularly slow & I'm asked to update features I don't know if I really need - maybe leftovers from CCS? For a clear start, should I delete all the temp files, plug-ins, or anything in my CCS program files from the trial period and then uninstall, then reinstall the Adobe Acrobat Pro I purchased? How do I know what I'm programs I'm supposed to be running with just Acrobat Pro, so I'm not overloading my system?
