Confusing Install when U Have Two Accounts at Adobe

In a quick nustshell, have and have had PR attached to a gmail account for some years. I got a subscription for PS, however, that...not sure how..is attached to a second different account. The subsription was paid but I can't install because the install keeps going to the gmail adobe account where I already have PR and that account wants me to pay before it installs.

Any ideas????

did you use different adobe id's for each? if yes, the only remedy is to cancel one and add to the other.

if they have the same id, you can probably fix the problem, but i'm not sure what that problem is. eg, are they using different emails?

First chance to get back to anyone....I cancelled the one account, they refunded some money to my account and started photoshop in the correct account...I just cancelled it on my own, never spoke to anyone at Adobe....I must have been in that 30day can cancel at anytime window.

good to hear (but the cancellation window is usually 14 days).
