'connect to internet' error when downloading Adobe cc

Hi

I keep getting the 'check internet connection and try again' message when trying to download creative cloud. I have followed all the steps in trouble shooting which didn't work.

I run windows 7 and wifi connection.

Anybody shed some light on what the problem could be?

Sorted now, was an administration issue on the pc.
