Connecting two different users with different emails to same cloud?

Hello,

My manager would like our accounts to be linked to the same Adobe Cloud to make file sharing easier for us both. We have two separate accounts however with differing emails as well. There was some way the person before me was able to do this with their two accounts while having differing emails/licenses. Can anyone help me on how to make this happen? I work for a private employers and again isn't about sharing the programs, but just being able to save/copy to the same cloud in case one of us cant work on something, or is out of the office.
