Question

Constantly being logged out and programs being closed

Ok, so I have read so many posts about this same issue and I have tried ALL the solutions listed for each. and nothing.

I am constantly being logged out and programs shutting down. when I say constantly I really mean it... 2-3 times a day. yup, that's insane.. imaging having your work closed, losing your progress (because you opened a file to edit with the intention to save as a different version and you don't get the option to "save as" when being kicked out), OR even some times there is no save option and it just shuts.. works gone.

This has been going on for a few months.. and to be honest I'm at the stage where I'm almost punching my computer.

I am using an iMac, and run a 1GB line, so that would seem my connection and system are not an issue.

I do notice it's more often to kick me when I am running multiple programs.

for example, making a video in Aftereffects and have photoshop and illustrator working also. (editing content for videos) or dies when I have Photoshop and Dimension at the same time.

but it still does kick me when only using a single program.

the cloud seems to ALWAYS log out..

Does anyone please have a solution for this?

I have already a done a clean install of all the whole system as well as the cloud.

while writing this, i was logged out from the Cloud app again (but remained logged in on the website)

Very frustrating and time-consuming.

Thanx for any advise

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
