Contact Change Country address

Hi,

I am trying to get into contact with adobe, because I changed my country address but links are only sending me to a FAQ site or asking me to log-in which redirects me to the FAQ site. Any way how to contact them? I have to update my payment details but can't type them in as it doesn't allo me to change the country address.

    I do not see this at all and have the same problem.  I can't find a way to contact them and I can't change my country and therefore cannot change my credit card in order to pay my monthly fee
