I like to deal with these things personally but since you dont publish any decent contact information i'll have to resort to a forum post.

Please can you provide a direct email address for a senior Adobe Customer Care agent that can help me with understanding why a member of your "CHAT" staff earlier made insecure changes to my PC via screen share that are not covered by Adobe documentation?

using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html.​  request a supervisor and be prepared to forward a record of the conversation.

or send a letter, though that's unlikely to reach someone that could help, Office Locations | Adobe

Adobe Support is for subscription activation and billing matters.  For most software related questions, these user-to-communitities are your best & quickest resource 24/7.

Adobe dont have, not never had any customer care, once they get the money from your subscription thats all that matters to them. I am in a similar situation. I am unemployed on assistance and Adobe resfused to let me cancel my subscription. I have to pay a cancellation fee, for the remainder of my subscription, which I dont have, I literally have only €100 for food and rent.
