Do a search on "Cancel Plan"

"If the option to cancel your plan is not here then 'contact customer support'."

Click Contact Customer Support

Goto "What are my support options"

Goto: Contact support

For additional support via phone or chat, contact Customer service.

endless loop.Possibly done deliberately to prevent plan cancellation before the renewal date so you are in for another year.

And that takes you back to the endless loop. As it happens I went to a completely unrelated issue, which finally led me to a chat option and the cancellation was done.

Nothing deliberate, not a conspiracy... usually a browser issue.

Contact Support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
