Contemplating Photograpy plan and need advice.

Hello everyone, 

I'm new to this community and to adobe in general. 
I've been using Lightroom and recently installed photoshop both on my iPad. But recently I've decided to move to my desktop, and this is why I've been looking at the Photography plan which includes both Lightroom and Photoshop. 

But my concern is, how to make it work both on my desktop and iPad. Is it even possible? And also, if I decide to go with it, do I cancel my iPad subscription or what?! I'm confused and need help XD
