converting pdf to word

When I try to convert pdf to word doc, the text I get I get is computer gibberish. The look of the newsletter is correct as is all photos -- only the text is gibberish. I have tried MANY times to convert but only this result. Thanks, Betty

      Which operating system?

      Which Adobe service or app & version are you using to convert the document?

      Which version of MS Word?
