Cookie banner hiding chat; opt out too complex

Dear Adobe, is it in the spirit of GDPR to hide essential functionality (which only a kind user in a forum told me was hidden) like the chat button for those who don't have the hour to go through your convoluted opt out policy and don't want to accept cookies? Can't you make both the banner & process easier?
