Core Sync crashing on startup

Hello,

I have a terminal server and any user who connects to it is greeted with this message.

Problem signature continued:

You can close out the error message but it pops up again in just a few seconds.

So far I have repaired Creative Cloud on the terminal server but I am continuing to receive the crash message.

Hoping to find some next steps and looking forward to y'alls responses. Thank you.
