Core Sync taking all the resources on my macbook EVEN when CC is off

Hi

I've

• de-activated creative cloud sync,
• unchecked start the app with the OS, 
• paused the sync
• creative cloud > quit creative cloud = QUIT

And still this Core Sync is making my 2019 macbook pro fan like it's trying to do quantum computing, drains the battery, and even comes back after I quit the process!! This program is a real NIGHTMARE seriously...

This is making me go NUTS please help me KILL creative cloud processes!!
