Costos por IVA ?

Hola ,tengo una consulta , en septiembre de 2019 inicie la membresía por un año en el plan de Illustrator con un valor $ fijo. Ahora me están cobrando más de dicho valor y dice que es IVA o impuestos . Quisiera saber por qué ? Si se supone que es la misma tarifa por un año. Gracias .
