could not download Photoshop or any Creative cloud software

I am getting nuts!

I have a Mac

Just bought 3 weeks ago Creative Cloud softwares( Photoshop, illustrator etc) and i cannot download it. arrived to 5,4% it freezes and stay stuck...

 

I will cancelle it all if ia cannot make it work.

So so disappointed.

Celine, sorry you have faced a difficult experience installing the CC applications. Are you installing on a computer and network that you own and maintain?  What error messages do you see as part of the install process?  If you have not seen any errors then please check the log files.  You can find information on how to locate and interpret the log files at  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.
