Couldn't download and instal adobe xd

I have tried many times to download adobe xd through an app called XD Installer on windows 10, but i couldn't, the dowload always stop at 14% or 18% or 30% at best then it says download feiled,how can i solve this?

Solfistoss, sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties installing Adobe XD. I do not see a membership assigned to the e-mail address you are using to post to this public discussion forum. What type of Creative Cloud membership do you have? If you have a free membership, then can you confirm you are installing Adobe XD on a computer and network that you own and maintain?

I'm using free membership. i don't know how this work i'm new here just started learning, but i'm tryin to download it through an app called XD Installer like it shown on the pic. it always download a bit then it stop stop... and yes i own this computer and network
