Hi all,

I uninstalled the file in a wrong way, and now I cant delete the damaged file away on my mac. It's been showing be error message. I have tried many ways, including downloading cleaner tool, but it couldnt remove the file.

How can I remove it?

Ohh hi, I found the way, thanks. I have uninstalled the 2024 version.

Thanks, Peky, please see https://adobe.ly/49Tk8fI for more information on how to install the previous version of Premiere Pro. Once reinstalled, and then uninstalled using the proper uninstaller, then the icon will be removed from Finder. Let Kglad and me know if you have any additional questions. ^JW

Peky, in addition to Kglad's suggestions, can you provide more information on where you took the screenshot? Is that in the Finder, Dock, or Launchpad? Please see https://adobe.ly/4gHnFQC for information on how to reinstall Premiere Pro.

Once the software is reinstalled, then you can use the information in https://adobe.ly/4h9moCf to uninstall Premiere Pro. This should remove the icon from the Finder and Launchpad, but you will need to manually remove any App icons that are in the Dock. ^JW

Hi,

The screenshot was taken from my application finder folder. I actually have my Premiere Pro 2025 installed already. I am not sure how I can install the 2024 version and uninstalled again?
