Hi

I have a problem with photoshop Elements. I have version 11  and use it on an iMac. The application has always asked me for my Country of Origin when I open it. I find this very annoying and so I don't want tossup it as a fist choice application for my photos.

I have recently thought about upgrading to version 15, but  I do not want to if  I have the same problem. I have looked at the comments  and advice on this site  and advice so far has been referring to Windows, nevertheless I have done what has been suggested but still the application asks me for County of Origin on opening.  I have uninstalled the application and reinstalled it, I do use  an  application  to clean the  computer.  So why does this  do it every time, It is very irritating and puts me off paying for an upgrade. Can Adobe  help me with this? I would be grateful if it could be sorted.

Adobe does not provide support for their older products.  You could install version 15 as a trial and see how it behaves before you make the investment.   Download Photoshop Elements free trial | Adobe Photoshop Elements
