Hello everyone, I'm taking a design course from Google and they gave me a subscription to Creative Cloud, but I can't activate it. Here is the quote of the problem: This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID.

Can anyone explain how to solve it? I would be very grateful.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
