COVID-19 preventing payments

You guys are rutheless with membership payments during a national pandemic. I stopped my payments in order to conserve money during these times expecting a payment forgiveness and instead you guys threaten to shut my whole thing down.

    If you already have a subscription that is coming to its end and you try to cancel it, Adobe will offer you two free months to stay a customer. This has nothing to do with COVID-19, and you must be a subscriber for it to be offered.
