Crash hard

Question

I have Elements 15 and the computer I had it on HD crashed. I have reinstalled the 15 software and now cannot activate because it says i am still using the software on the crashed computer. When i enter my activation i get an activation failed because uf the crashed computer. How do I signout on the crashed computer so it will let me reactivate?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser.
