crash issue / Program Go Down / PhotoShop 2022 Error

Question

Does someone Can helps me? I allready try to talk with the Adobe Support but nobody can fix my Photosop problem.

This month Adobe Creative Cloud automatically update the new Photoshop 2022 Version to my Pc (Windows10). If I launch Photoshop the Error is on my screen after I try to open a New Project and the program go down. Like a Crash Issue.

The Illustrator works fine the issue its only with Photoshop.

I allreay try to change de Program Preferences and update the Graphics Drivers and the OS. What else can I do? Does someone has the same problem as I?

I need to work!!!! Somebody help me please! =(

uninstall ps including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
check for, and if available, update your os
repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired.
update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated
restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall ps
