Crashes - multiple

Windows did a critical update on thursday and then none of my adobe cc apps would open.

i reverted back, and after effects, premiere seem to work again

but photoshop, it opens, and i can create a new doc, but i cant open anything other than psd files. jpg crashes it instantly...even small ones

creative cloud app was saying something was corrupt, and that i should update, but that wouldnt work until i did the roll back
