Crashing / Issues Opening

We had a power cut a few months back (actually a couple) after which I think my C: drive got corrupted as  Windows failed to boot for a time - a lot of my software bugs out and periodically crashes or fails to open.

I am planning to reformat and fresh-install everything but I wanted to check there's nothing I need to do to deactivate etc the Adobe software before doing so?

Thanks!

    Which products and version numbers?

Work files, extensions, preferences, etc... should be saved to external drives or cloud back-up services like Dropbox or Backblaze.
