Crashing on install - any ideas?

My laptop (Aser Aspire 5742, i3 processor, 4GB RAM running Windows 7) has crashed twice whilst I was trying to install my first trial app. Any idea why that might be? - Thanks, Joe

Technonotice do you receive any specific error messages when trying to install?

Thanks Jeff,

No messages it just crashes.

CPU running very high though...maybe my laptop just isn't up to the task?

Joe you should at least be able to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application.  You can find the system requirements at System requirements | Creative Cloud.

I would recommend reviewing your installation logs to see if there are any errors.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret your installation log files at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html.  You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.
