Creating a Dynamic Image...sort of

I want to create a dynamic image - the name of my YT channel as a three-second clip with lightning coming from the clouds and electrifying the letters as the camera slowly pans around from the upper left to the front center. I don't even know which particular Adobe program I would use to do this. Any suggestions or advice?
